MEP covers the systems a building cannot run without: distribution boards and small power, lighting circuits, pumps and pressure sets, drainage and water supply, ductwork and ventilation.
We handle both installation and ongoing maintenance — new circuits and containment, panel wiring and terminations, pipework and drainage modifications, ventilation and ductwork installation, and fault finding across all three disciplines.
Keeping mechanical, electrical and plumbing under one contractor removes the coordination gaps that usually sit between separate trades, and puts one team in front of the client for the whole scope.
