Blue Star Modern Solutions installs, services and maintains the full range of commercial air-conditioning equipment: rooftop package units, split and ducted systems, air handling units, and chilled-water plant.
Directly employed technicians carry out planned servicing, filter and coil cleaning, refrigerant and electrical checks, fault diagnosis and repair — with the same asset records and reporting applied on every site.
Work is delivered under annual maintenance contracts or as one-off installation and replacement projects, including equipment supply, rigging, commissioning and handover.
