Building fabric, repaired and improved
Civil works covers everything from making good after a services installation to full renovation and fit-out: blockwork and partitions, plaster and screed repairs, tiling, cladding, painting and finishes.
We handle facility improvement projects where the building fabric and the building services have to be coordinated — cutting, forming and reinstating openings for plant, ductwork and pipework, then finishing to the client's standard.
Work is planned around occupied sites, with the same site supervision, safety standards and handover documentation applied to civil packages as to technical ones.
