About
Seventeen years keeping Saudi facilities running
BMS Contracting has operated in Saudi Arabia since 2008, delivering integrated facilities management across food service, retail, healthcare, hospitality, commercial and industrial sites throughout the Kingdom.
How we work
Directly employed teams, not agency labour
The technician who attends your site is employed by BMS, trained by BMS and accountable to BMS. That is the difference between a service you can hold to a standard and one you cannot.
Every contract starts with an asset survey. Maintenance is then scheduled against equipment that actually exists on site, at intervals justified by how it is used and the conditions it runs in — not a template applied across the estate.
- Asset register built before the first scheduled visit
- Dated service records and certificates after every attendance
- Named account manager and a defined escalation route
- Single contract spanning hard FM, soft FM and projects
