Commercial installations are sized against the site's demand profile — including the plant that drives it, such as refrigeration, air-conditioning and pumping loads we already maintain on many of these facilities.
We handle structural and roof-loading coordination, array and mounting design, inverter and switchgear installation, protection and metering, and commissioning against the site's electrical infrastructure.
Because we already deliver hard FM on comparable sites, solar can be run under the same maintenance agreement — with array cleaning, performance reporting and fault response scheduled alongside existing plant visits.
